get set for a scorcher this winter with our new flambé menu. we’re introducing the 1970’s retro trend, with classics such as crêpes suzette, banana flambé and steak diane as well as beef stroganoff and scampi mornay. the dishes are made by a dedicated chef at your table so sit back and enjoy this unmissable piece of culinary theatre. you can also choose to pair your meal with a selection of specially concocted flaming cocktails (we like to call them kitchen cocktails!) or selected wines to match the dishes.
