a seasonal menu focuses on organic and local ingredients with an impressive cocktail and wine list to match. the refinery is a concept bar which opened in September 2008 and is the first of a number of venues planned for London by Drake & Morgan, a new bar group established in February 2008 and headed by Managing Director Jillian MacLean.
